DJS Associates Expands its High-Definition Laser Scanning Capabilities
DJS Associates, Inc., a full-service forensic consulting, technology and animations firm, announced today that is has expanded its high-definition laser scanning ("HDS") capabilities with its recent purchase of the HDS 6100. This "next generation" phase-based technology can scan almost any environment, including dark or oblique surfaces, at an ultra-high speed producing highly precise, 3-D computer generated images. The HDS 6100 is particularly useful during time critical situations when the environment needs to remain uncompromised, such as vehicle and other human-related accidents; homicides and other criminal investigations; and damage to built structures.
